| The Vision of the Foundation is to establish a
center of learning dedicated to develop research culture in the South Asian
Region with the Mission to develop it as an academic trust to motivate entrepreneurs
for the development of the communities of the region. |

a vibrant research culture in the South Asian Region to promote enterprises
and support community organizations through training, consultancy, dissemination,
and action programs. |

The Foundation: • is a self-managed
institution of research scholars aimed at creating, mapping, and dissemination
of knowledge and establishing the authority thereof; • is a center
of learning with holistic support for researchers starting their career
in professional development and willing to contribute to the society;
• is an action research body for supporting professionally the social
entrepreneurs and practitioners seeking institutional development and ensuring
effective intervention aimed at change; and • intends to evolve
as an idea generator able to assess the needs of the community seeking socio-economic
and psychological development and as a source of knowledge creation and
dissemination.

| Scope / Areas of Work: |
The Foundation has four major areas of operation
1. Research and Development Trainings
This segment focuses basically on advanced research, pedagogical to methodological
trainings, and personality development. Building packages for degree-driven
specialized courses on research, consultancy and facilitations are other
areas covered by this segment.
2. Support and Consultancy
The Foundation supports needy organizations and individuals to inculcate
in them the research culture. The Foundation has, therefore, a self-managed
mechanism to quality research in the various areas of social sciences including
sociology, politics, management, law, and economics.
3. Service and Community Development
The Foundation aims to attract the academia in community development services
and thus a major role of the activity of the Foundation is to assess the
needs of communities to business and social entrepreneurs for sustainable
development. Besides, the Foundation renders services to include the excluded
sectors into the mainstream.
4. Knowledge Advocacy and Dissemination
The Foundation seeks, through publication of Journals, organization of events
in the forms of workshop, conference, symposium, and seminar, to disseminate
knowledge by using online databases; by fostering discussions; by conducting
online surveys; and knowledge advocacy by organizing fellowship programs
with knowledge professionals.
